After some requests for a blog that chronicles my adventures in cooking...here it is. It will be a challenge to try to actually measure things to give some recipes...I'm one of those throw things in until it tastes good cooks...but I'll try.
Tonight's dinner will simply be roast chicken breasts...bone-in & skin-on, of course! There's much more flavor that way. The roasted bones & skin make an awesome chicken stock, too...they always get saved in a freezer bag & one day become chicken stock. Oh...and my chicken ALWAYS comes from a local butcher shop & they get it from an Amish farm here in Ohio...it's the best chicken out there.
Now I'm hungry...time to go see what's in the fridge to make for lunch.
